Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, administer, and maintain applicable quality management system procedures and instructions.
  • •Provide daily quality engineering support in the manufacturing plant and represent quality at MDI and SQDIP meetings.
  • •Perform trend analysis of manufacturing plant defects and produce KPI charts and reports.
  • •Participate in MRB, deviations, and NCM processes and provide input to disposition decisions for non-conforming products.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to investigate root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technologies.
  • •Minimum 5 years Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment supporting the factory shop floor.
  • •Experience understanding and improving a QMS in an ISO or similarly controlled environment.
  • •Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and using measurement equipment to assess root causes related to design, tolerancing, and supplier performance.
  • •Experience with quality tools/methods for sustainable improvements, including working knowledge of APQP principles.
