Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in PA’s Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes.
  • •Establish clear, consistent reporting and operating processes to ensure accurate, timely data availability and insightful analysis.
  • •Develop integrated expense, projections, reports, and presentations; oversee analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for accurate financial recording.
  • •Identify performance issues, as well as risks and opportunities in the current plan or forecast.
  • •Drive finance transformations and improve Honeywell’s financial capabilities related to management reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years in areas of increasing responsibility in a large, matrixed, global organization.
  • •Must have managed global, dispersed teams.
  • •Experience developing forecasts and operating plans and related analytics.
  • •Previous experience managing team members, with ability to train, teach, or coach finance professionals.
  • •Proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle Essbase and ERP systems, including SAP.
