Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) and support mobility.
  • •Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow care plans under supervision of nurses/therapists.
  • •Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Participate in training, self-development, and performance reviews to maintain professional standards.
  • •Support stock control, administrative tasks, and contribute to quality/service improvement while upholding safety and infection-control protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Nursing Aide / Caregiver (required)
  • •Diploma in Nursing (preferred)
  • •Valid BLS certification (mandatory)
  • •At least 1 year of healthcare experience (preferably long-term care)
  • •English fluency required; Arabic preferred
