Job Summary

Own deal desk strategy and the operating roadmap for APAC, scaling governance, pricing and packaging, and execution across multiple markets and product lines. Lead high-stakes enterprise transaction workstreams and translate recurring regional patterns into durable global policy and systems. Partner with GTM, Legal, Finance, Tax, Order-to-Cash, and product teams to improve revenue recognition, compliance, contracting, billing, reporting, and auditability, while mentoring senior peers.

Key Responsibilities

•Set Deal Desk strategy and operating roadmap for APAC across markets, product lines, and commercial motions (direct, marketplace, and partner-led).
•Independently define, prioritize, and lead multiple highly complex workstreams balancing growth, customer outcomes, deal velocity, revenue integrity, compliance, and scalability.
•Serve as a recognized expert for high-stakes enterprise transactions with non-standard pricing, packaging, commitments, billing/payment terms, renewals, amendments, and multi-party structures.
•Establish scalable regional approval governance, including decision rights, risk segmentation, intake standards, escalation criteria, documentation requirements, and executive decision forums.
•Translate regional commercial requirements into durable CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing, ERP, marketplace, reporting, and automation capabilities; improve revenue recognition, compliance, tax, contracting, booking, billing, and auditability.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, or a related enterprise SaaS/cloud-commercial function with principal or lead IC scope.
•Experience setting regional strategy across multiple countries, product lines, or commercial motions, leading complex cross-functional workstreams with limited oversight.
•Deep expertise structuring and governing high-stakes enterprise transactions with non-standard pricing, packaging, commitments, billing/payment terms, renewals, amendments, and partner-led models.
•Strong understanding of downstream implications across contracting, approvals, booking, billing, revenue recognition, tax, compliance, reporting, and customer experience.
•Proven ability to build foundational approval frameworks, controls, playbooks, and systems requirements that scale beyond individual deals or teams.
