Payroll Specialist

Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned EMEA countries, ensuring accurate, timely payroll runs and compliance with local statutory requirements. Coordinate with payroll vendors and in-country providers to validate results and resolve discrepancies. Review payroll inputs, perform audits and reconciliations, and prepare payroll reports, statutory filings, and year-end activities. Partner with HR, People Operations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Mobility, and Benefits to resolve complex payroll and accounting queries while improving controls and process efficiency.
