Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and support maintenance support job tasks in a timely manner and with quality to achieve the highest level of safety and reliability (including maintenance support services contractors).
  • •Conduct inspections, repairs, maintenance, modifications, and rebuilds of plant equipment and associated structures as directed by the Section Head to ensure alignment of support maintenance activities.
  • •Analyze equipment deficiency, human performance and industrial safety events to establish corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
  • •Follow industrial safety, nuclear safety, radiation safety, human performance and regulatory compliance requirements to promote a safety conscious environment.
  • •Endorse training, industry benchmarking, and World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Certification.
  • •3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree (preferred).
  • •Technical certificates in the related job area.
  • •Experience with maintenance support activities including inspections, repairs, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
