  • •Execute short- and long-term maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement based on KPIs and corrective actions.
  • •Manage asset risk with reliability teams to maintain condition-based monitoring compliance and initiate MOC as needed.
  • •Develop and manage the unit maintenance budget, including determining spare parts inventory with procurement and reliability teams.
