Lead brokerage operations for assigned local office(s) by driving recruiting, agent retention, and professional development. Act as the primary escalation point for contract/compliance/transactional issues, collaborate cross-functionally to improve the agent experience, and share market and agent insights to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned office(s), including identifying candidates, presenting the value proposition, and closing.
•Execute recruiting and retention strategies, monitoring market and competitive activity and taking action to maintain long-term loyalty.
•Implement agent development programs with consistent training and coaching aligned to EVP expectations.
•Ensure agents adopt company technology, marketing platforms, and training resources while staying current on state license law and compliance.
•Serve as primary escalation point for contract, compliance, or transactional issues and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, IT, and Contract Admin as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually
