Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers across Java and C# technologies to ensure delivery and engineering quality.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Securities Finance technology platform.
  • •Drive development of scalable distributed systems and enterprise-grade applications.
  • •Own end-to-end project delivery including sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, testing coordination, release planning, and production rollouts.
  • •Collaborate with global technology teams and business stakeholders to align priorities and translate requirements into robust, reliable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of hands-on software development experience, primarily in Core Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams and owning end-to-end software delivery.
  • •Strong expertise designing and building distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications.
  • •Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
  • •Experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS) and messaging/caching/streaming technologies such as Kafka and Redis.
