Research industry trends, recommend scheduling and launch dates, and present clear reports on operating and financial metrics to senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic support on programming decisions for individual titles and across the South of the LATAM slate.
•Lead performance analysis and assess audience behaviors of launched titles.
•Analyze regional industry trends by reviewing competitor slates and identifying whitespace programming opportunities.
•Support scheduling for local content and recommend launch dates in coordination with cross-functional teams.
•Support and eventually lead special projects for senior Netflix leaders and present analyses and reports on operating and financial metrics.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years as a full-time employee in a top management consulting firm, venture capital, investment bank, private equity, hedge fund, and/or media/entertainment/tech company in a strategy/business development/analytical role.
•Extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis experience to drive insight and results using data.
•Strong collaboration track record and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication/presentation skills presenting complex analyses to executives/senior management.
•Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets and Slides; fluency in Spanish and English required.
