Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SRA offers and projects to carry out PMO activities within offers or new project launches, including handling specific issues (planning, risks and opportunities, workload).
  • •Assist operations management in defining guidelines for good project management practices.
  • •Coach project teams on the application of defined PMO practices and ensure requirements are understood.
  • •Contribute to the rise in project population maturity by deploying best practices across projects.
  • •Formalize lessons learned to improve Tiger Team PMO practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a BAC+5 engineering degree (Master) or equivalent and have 5+ years of experience in a project environment, with exposure to methodology (Chorus 2 for Thales), governing tools, and coaching teams.
  • •Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management methodologies (planning, risks & opportunities, workload, competencies) and ideally familiarity with Thales processes and tools.
  • •Be proficient with common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tooling (Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP).
  • •Able to promote and lead continuous improvement and change management within project teams; be proactive, organized, and a strong communicator.
  • •Autonomously analyze project steering data (costs, load, planning, indicators) and contribute to reporting and decision-making.
