Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from physical work sites, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support design and construction.
  • •Apply mechanical engineering techniques across project phases, including concept development, preliminary and final design, procurement, construction, and operation.
  • •Design and specify construction and installation plans, including safety and phasing plans, cost estimates, and infrastructure layout updates with coordination across teams.
  • •Perform research, inspections, and investigations to verify site conditions and determine conformance with rules, standards, and construction or operating permits.
  • •Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate review/approval of installation design plans, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (or closely related discipline).
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant post-education engineering experience with prior mechanical design experience.
  • •Engineer license required.
  • •Extensive knowledge of building and infrastructure design and construction management across rehabilitation and new build projects.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, including strong skills in technical calculations and planning/inspections.
