Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.
  • •Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • •Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
  • •Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
  • •Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.

Key Requirements

  • • tertiary degree, preferably in Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects. Data Center projects are highly desirable
  • •Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • •Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
