Business Development Manager - MICE

Drive corporate and MICE revenue for Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort by uncovering new business opportunities and nurturing strategic client relationships. Lead sales strategy execution through prospecting, networking, industry events, and targeted outreach, while managing and growing existing accounts for repeat bookings. Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarisation visits, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, and partner with Events, Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
