Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver robust estimation inputs for bids, including HVAC take-offs, IO summary preparation, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, BOQ costing, valve selection, and cable schedules.
  • •Estimate Fire, Security, ELV & ICT packages, including device selection, solution design, controller/server sizing, BOQ costing, and cable schedules.
  • •Analyze proposal specifications to produce inclusion/exclusion lists and document technical qualifications, assumptions, and deviations.
  • •Prepare technical submittals such as system architecture, floor risers, and control schematics in line with regional requirements.
  • •Manage and track bid/RFP enquiries through Honeywell bidding processes and perform quality checks; contribute to standardizing new processes for cost optimization and cycle-time reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in a related discipline (preferably Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering).
  • •5–10 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Exposure to Building Management System (BMS), Fire, Security, and ELV systems.
  • •Pre-sales process knowledge and ability to manage jobs/projects to standards and budgets.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) with good English communication; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform risk assessments.
