Job Summary

Create high-quality technical solutions and bid proposals as part of the Proposal & Estimation team. Drive robust estimation processes for RFPs and open tenders, including HVAC take-offs, Fire/Security/ELV/ICT package estimation, and BOQ costing. Study specifications, define inclusions/exclusions and assumptions, prepare technical submittals (floor risers, control schematics), perform quality checks, and contribute to process standardization and cost/cycle-time improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver robust estimation inputs for bids, including HVAC take-offs, IO summary preparation, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, BOQ costing, valve selection, and cable schedules.
•Estimate Fire, Security, ELV & ICT packages, including device selection, solution design, controller/server sizing, BOQ costing, and cable schedules.
•Analyze proposal specifications to produce inclusion/exclusion lists and document technical qualifications, assumptions, and deviations.
•Prepare technical submittals such as system architecture, floor risers, and control schematics in line with regional requirements.
•Manage and track bid/RFP enquiries through Honeywell bidding processes and perform quality checks; contribute to standardizing new processes for cost optimization and cycle-time reduction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in a related discipline (preferably Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering).
•5–10 years of relevant work experience.
•Exposure to Building Management System (BMS), Fire, Security, and ELV systems.
•Pre-sales process knowledge and ability to manage jobs/projects to standards and budgets.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) with good English communication; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform risk assessments.
