Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the client relationship and act as a trusted, highly visible senior representative to the client.
  • •Lead account strategy and growth by developing and executing the account plan to expand and protect revenue.
  • •Shape and lead major opportunities by influencing teaming and commercial strategies to maximize pursuit success.
  • •Bring together AECOM capabilities across sectors, services and geographies to deliver integrated solutions aligned to client priorities.
  • •Lead and develop the account team, and drive client success, pipeline development, opportunity capture, and negotiations to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience across client account management, leadership, business development, strategy and/or general management.
  • •Extensive business development experience with key engineering clients in a complex B2B/professional services environment.
  • •A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and significant relevant senior experience.
  • •Proven success developing value propositions and driving strategic account growth.
  • •Experience leading and developing high-performing, diverse teams, with strong communication and influencing across all levels.
