Job Summary

Own the day-to-day operations of a Pacsun store within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle—driving sales target achievement, profitability, and brand standards. Lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service, coach on product/brand knowledge, and ensure Health & Safety, Security, and compliance are followed. Analyze stock and brand performance, manage cash and stockroom processes, and provide actionable insights to Operations, Buying, and Planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive achievement of sales targets, profitability, and daily store operations in line with business objectives.
•Ensure the store team delivers consistently high customer service and an excellent customer experience.
•Create approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and improve profitability.
•Monitor brand performance via stock levels and product movement to generate ideas and action plans for sales improvement.
•Maintain operational compliance, including cash handling, stockroom/stock-take processes, and enforcement of Health & Safety, Security, and Company policies.

Key Requirements

•4–5 years of industry experience with managerial background experience.
•A proven record of maximizing business performance.
•Strong understanding of key customer segments and ability to help the team understand them.
•Ability to identify critical paths and proactively align stakeholders for timely decisions.
•Decision-making ownership (knowing when to act vs delegate upwards).
