Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or qualification processes; conduct complex RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of project charters and integrated timelines, ensure functions stay on schedule, and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings, collaborate to guide the project team through implementation and completion, and contribute to new processes and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software; Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •Ability to develop methods beyond existing solutions and solve unique problems using standard and innovative approaches with broad business impact.
  • •Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
