Job Summary

Perform a range of general assembler duties in the manufacturing plant, including manual assembly, machine operations, and preparing/painting finished parts. Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components using blueprints and shop practices, follow production build plans, and help troubleshoot failures with recommended actions. Coordinate with manufacturing support and quality teams to meet daily/monthly delivery targets while adhering to EH&S safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Undertake general assembler duties in the manufacturing plant, including manual assembly, stores duties, leather work, machine operations, and preparing/painting finished parts.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components where sequence is specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or established shop practices.
•Follow production build plan and team lead instructions; perform routine preparation tasks for assembly.
•Handle more complex equipment and machinery, perform quick failure analysis, and propose actions to the team lead/supervisor.
•Support on-time product delivery and quality by coordinating with manufacturing support and quality teams, while adhering to EH&S practices and standards.

Key Requirements

•Understand the concept of TAKT and cycle time.
•At least 2 years technical or vocational course graduate.
•Preferably with experience in manufacturing tool techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
•Good communicator in verbal and written English.
•Ability to meet targets and deadlines; willing to work shifting schedule.
