Key Responsibilities

•Originate and deepen relationships with venture-backed life science and healthcare companies across therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, digital health, and healthcare services.
•Proactively source and close banking relationships using a disciplined pipeline strategy and sponsor network.
•Serve as the primary relationship point of contact for portfolio clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and partnering across treasury products.
•Drive ecosystem engagement and deal sourcing by building presence with VC/PE sponsors, incubators, and industry associations and representing the firm at conferences/events.
•Structure and support credit opportunities with credit officers, monitor portfolio health, and proactively manage covenant compliance and risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•VP level: 5-7 years of venture banking or related experience; SVP level: 8-10 years of venture banking or related experience.
•Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future, to be considered.
•Ability to originate and grow new client relationships using a disciplined pipeline strategy and sponsor network.
•Experience serving as a trusted advisor to portfolio clients and partnering across treasury products to meet evolving needs.
•Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank applications.
