Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic medical leadership for the design and execution of oncology clinical trials.
  • •Collaborate with clinical operations to ensure patient safety, protocol adherence, and alignment with FDA/EMA/ICH and GCP guidelines while maintaining scientific rigor across programs.
  • •Serve as the medical monitor and single medical contact for investigators, steering committees, and study teams.
  • •Lead the preparation of regulatory submissions (INDs/BLAs) and represent Isomorphic Labs in discussions with health authorities and key opinion leaders.
  • •Collaborate with a cross-functional clinical development team to ensure plans are scientifically sound and clinically actionable.

Key Requirements

  • •MD or MD, PhD (or equivalent) in Oncology required; board certification preferred
  • •Significant clinical development experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including experience in medical monitoring and leading cross-functional teams
  • •Proven track record of leading complex, cross-disciplinary projects from early-stage to clinical proof-of-concept
  • •Deep understanding of Oncology drug development and regulatory pathways
  • •Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong communication to diverse audiences and a tech-forward interest in AI applications to drug discovery and safety monitoring
