  • •Promote and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements; lead process safety, risk management, and incident learning.
  • •Deliver operational excellence by improving plant performance through collaboration, insight, continuous improvement, reliable asset performance, maintenance, and business continuity planning.
  • •Improve performance and efficiency across energy, water, yield, and asset utilisation; use data, automation, and digital tools to inform decisions and solve problems.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide inclusive people leadership; deliver sustainability goals and shape the capital investment roadmap for long-term value.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior leadership experience in distillation, spirits manufacturing, or a comparable process manufacturing/high-hazard environment.
  • •Technical expertise plus commercial and financial acumen, with delivery of measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability without compromising safety or quality.
  • •Experience leading, supporting, and developing people, including change management and talent development.
  • •Ability to collaborate across functions and externally and communicate effectively at diverse levels.
  • •Relevant degree or professional qualification and a full UK driving license, with ability to travel as required.
