Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers to structure and run effective hiring processes.
  • •Challenge assumptions and ask the right questions to clarify what skills are needed and how to assess them.
  • •Own the hiring process end to end, from beginning to end, and help ensure a smooth candidate journey.
  • •Source and engage great talent, including managing large volumes of applications and selecting best fits.
  • •Use data and reporting to identify what’s working and where hiring processes can be improved, sharing insights with the hiring team.
