Lead product design for Canva’s Growth Supergroup, setting design vision and strategy and connecting design decisions to measurable growth outcomes. Coach and develop a team of design leaders and senior designers, establish scalable quality standards and design processes, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing. Drive an AI-first, prototype-driven approach to experimentation and innovation across activation, engagement, expansion, and monetisation—delivering cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
