Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and verify standard cell libraries and/or custom ROMs in deep submicron processes.
  • •Lead feasibility verification of new ROM designs and establish new design flows.
  • •Develop simulations to evaluate design margin and aging, and improve existing tools and flows.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design improvements and quality checks on libraries.
  • •Work with mask designers on layouts and DRc/LVS debugging as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of experience preferred in deep submicron process issues.

  • •Experience with EM/IR, aging, noise, margin, and high sigma variation simulations.
