Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day management of pro programs, including responding to feedback and engaging with pros
•Build a community content strategy and calendar to educate, engage, and motivate pros
•Partner with the Pro Advisory Board, lead quarterly meetings, gather feedback, and support recruiting future classes
•Manage and optimize pro programs marketing campaigns by outlining briefs, QAing communications, and generating new campaign ideas
•Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine messaging, timing, and targeting

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of relevant experience in product or program marketing, community management/engagement, or a related marketing role
•Comfort interfacing directly with clients
•Experience building compelling briefs and working with marketing automation platforms
•Deep customer empathy and curiosity to understand and champion the needs and motivations of pros
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
