Associate Director- Corporate Origination and Business Development

Prospect, identify, and onboard new-to-bank corporate relationships across Large Corporates, Government, Public Sector, and GREs to drive Mashreq’s growth strategy. Develop proposition strategy, run competition analysis and campaigns, and build client value propositions through tailored corporate banking solutions (including credit and cash/payment/trade offerings). Own the end-to-end credit process, manage deal flows and reporting, coordinate with coverage, product, and risk specialists, and support cross-sell and partnership/referral models.
