Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a rigorous view on business performance and explain what changed vs goals and expectations.
  • •Independently identify, define, and deliver impactful analytics work aligned with business goals.
  • •Deconstruct ambiguous problem spaces into structured analytical roadmaps.
  • •Build scalable pipelines, models, dashboards, monitoring, and investigative tooling; automate where possible.
  • •Design measurement strategies (A/B tests and quasi-experimental/casual inference) and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an analytical or data science role (e.g., data analytics, forecasting, planning, strategy analytics).

  • •Comfort using modern AI-assisted tools while maintaining accuracy and reproducibility.
