Job Summary

Perform advanced troubleshooting and service diagnosis for residential solar and battery systems while maintaining warranty and service schedules. Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and the branch manager to allocate labor for service and warranty work, and support onboarding, training, and development of field performance and field communications team members. Lead meetings to align the local field service team on best practices and consistently meet field performance KPIs, including turnaround time and dispatch completion.

•Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis for solar/battery systems.
•Organize, lead, and maintain warranty and service schedules.
•Work with field and branch leadership to allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects.
•Train and develop Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians, including onboarding and alignment meetings.
•Meet field performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, dispatch completion) and assist with inspections/site audits when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.4 - 44.54

Key Requirements

•3+ years of field construction experience, including at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.
•High school diploma is required.
•Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman license/electrician certification (or equivalent, e.g., wireman license) required.
•Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
•PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
