Key Responsibilities

  • •Use and optimize scheduling and dispatch systems and tools to improve production line efficiency and machine utilization for PWF and A&T manufacturing.
  • •Develop, maintain, and improve scheduling/dispatch system logic and ToolView/APF rules to optimize performance.
  • •Continuously improve planning and manufacturing methods/processes for PWF and A&T.
  • •Create, maintain, and improve software, reports, and metrics for A&T production line scheduling and dispatch and planning.
  • •Lead or support projects with site and network teams, including site planning system enhancements, and communicate benchmarking data with other sites and cross-functional departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning Management, Information Systems, Automation, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • •Experience implementing scheduling/dispatch for Assembly & Test in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Knowledge of inventory management, simulation, optimization, modeling, forecasting, automation, statistics, data mining, and database management.
  • •Familiarity with data structures and Micron systems/manufacturing planning and execution systems.
  • •Proficiency with tools and programming such as ToolView, SAP, Python/Django, Tableau, Power BI, C#, VB/VBA, APF, MSSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB/Hadoop/Cassandra).
