Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and clarify business requirements during implementations.
  • •Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs.
  • •Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate direction quickly.
  • •Partner with Technical Account Managers and implementation engineers to keep deployments aligned and refine solutions in-market.
  • •Document decisions, edge cases, and process changes; identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back to the core product.
