Job Summary

Serve as a “guardian” of the trading platform by performing real-time monitoring of trading activities. Identify and investigate market risks such as abnormal price moves, trading-volume surges, and market manipulation (e.g., pump-and-dump). Develop and optimize risk control rules and models, collaborate with product and technical teams to implement requirements, and produce risk analysis reports with incident outcomes and improvement recommendations.

•Monitor and investigate market risks including abnormal price fluctuations and sudden surges in trading volume.
•Identify market manipulation behaviors such as pump-and-dump schemes and malicious trading activities.
•Analyze account correlations to uncover manipulative groups and coordinated fraudulent activities.
•Develop, test, and optimize risk control rules, models, and strategies; collaborate with product and technical teams to implement requirements.
•Establish and maintain a trading monitoring system, respond to risk events, intervene when needed, and prepare risk analysis reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of experience in trading risk control in securities/futures/FX or cryptocurrency exchanges.
•Strong interest in digital asset markets and familiarity with cryptocurrency trading mechanisms, products, and market dynamics.
•Proficiency in SQL/Python/R for data querying and analysis, with keen risk awareness and strong data analysis skills.
•Excellent logical judgment and emergency response capability, able to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
