Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate thorough understanding of yield data analysis and wafer fabrication processes and how they affect yield/device.
  • •Use semiconductor device physics, electronics, and manufacturing process knowledge to explain and resolve yield issues with statistical/data analysis tools.
  • •Communicate process/tool yield toggles to Fab process areas and support teams in fixing the process/tool.
  • •Collaborate with internal Yield Enhancement groups and participate in multi-area focus teams to solve sophisticated yield problems.
  • •Publish clear Pareto yield limiters and present data effectively in large meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across all levels.
