Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and act as a trusted business partner to support delivery of business strategies and plans.
  • •Design and implement HR frameworks and tools across recruitment, performance management, development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, diversity, onboarding/offboarding, and retention.
  • •Provide specialist HR advice to senior managers for policy implementation, projects, and change initiatives.
  • •Analyze HR data and test hypotheses to identify root causes of business challenges and opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
  • •Investigate and manage complex employee relations matters, coordinating responses to legal cases and contributing to legal submissions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,100 - 252,800 annually
