Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform system triage through failure analysis across NAND components and system-level to identify failure sources.
  • •Drive issue-based taskforces to establish solutions and unblock critical system development.
  • •Innovate system triage methodology to improve cycle-time and advance NAND testing methodology toward system requirements.
  • •Run NAND vs. system performance sensitivity evaluations and enable validation improvements with timely countermeasures and RCA.
  • •Conduct hands-on bench testing at system, NAND package, and sometimes wafer level for comprehensive issue debugging.

Key Requirements

  • •2-8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • •Strong foundation in mixed-signal VLSI including analog circuits/systems, digital logic, and RTL design.
  • •Knowledge of Flash memory architecture and operation.
  • •Hands-on bench testing experience for comprehensive issue debug (system, NAND package, and sometimes wafer level).
  • •Programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python, Perl, Verilog) are a plus, along with understanding of benchmark testing equipment.
