Job Summary

Tackle high-impact business problems by turning large-scale data into scalable analytics and AI solutions. Design, build, and deploy models spanning machine learning, optimization/simulation, and Generative & Agentic AI, working closely with product, engineering, and business partners. Partner with Data/AI Engineering to productionize solutions in cloud environments, own end-to-end delivery (validation through monitoring), and communicate results clearly to drive measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Frame ambiguous business questions into well-defined analytics/AI problems with hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation approach.
•Conduct exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model development on large, complex datasets to find non-obvious insights.
•Design and implement advanced algorithms across machine learning and Operations Research (optimization/simulation).
•Apply Generative and Agentic AI techniques (e.g., copilots, intelligent workflows, decision-support systems) where they create value.
•Productionize and deploy solutions in cloud environments with strong software engineering practices, owning the end-to-end lifecycle including monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in data science (or related) with proven business impact; doctoral-level AI/ML research may substitute for experience.

•Strong foundations in machine learning, statistics, and experimental thinking.
•Knowledge of Operations Research methods (optimization and/or simulation) is a strong advantage.
•Familiarity with software engineering best practices (Git, testing, CI/CD) and DevOps-style environments; ability to work in cloud platforms like GCP or Azure.
