Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly site P&L reviews versus prior year and budget, providing insights and proposed actions to improve performance.
  • •Address SKU profitability issues and help develop strategies to increase business profitability and margins.
  • •Partner with Product Line Managers and functional Line Managers to clarify and communicate the financial impact of decisions.
  • •Develop pricing strategies in partnership with product management.
  • •Lead the annual budget process, including site cost oversight and alignment of volume projections with sales team finance partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field plus 3 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or related occupation.
  • •Experience with business financial modeling for forecasting and budgeting.
  • •Experience utilizing SAP to upload customer pricing, provide customer rebates, and determine product costings.
  • •Experience leading and owning budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • •Experience with performance management (key business indicators) and business variance analysis with commentary.
