Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and iteration of global information integrity policies covering misinformation, elections & civic integrity, deceptive behaviors, and related issue areas.
  • •Mentor and guide policy managers on information integrity policies as the seniormost individual contributor.
  • •Partner with Enforcement, Operations, and Product to develop, improve, and streamline human and AI-driven moderation systems.
  • •Coordinate with Legal and Public Policy to ensure compliance and advise on potential new regulations or government regulatory requests.
  • •Serve as a global escalation point for emergency policy decisions and align stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, platform policy, product policy, government, law, human rights, technology policy, academia, or related fields.
  • •Deep knowledge of areas such as misinformation, election integrity, civic integrity, identity deception, and coordinated inauthentic behavior across regions.
  • •Excellent writing/editing and executive communication skills to turn complex topics into clear, structured, actionable materials.
  • •Strong policy judgment to reason across issue areas, product contexts, stakeholder perspectives, and risk trade-offs.
  • •Experience developing policy frameworks, principles, standards, guidance, or governance documentation.
