Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor ongoing credit performance of middle-market and large corporate borrowers, including liquidity, leverage, and cash flow trends.
  • •Analyze quarterly and annual financial results and identify emerging risks, industry developments, and covenant compliance concerns.
  • •Maintain risk ratings and recommend changes based on evolving borrower fundamentals, participating in reviews and watchlist discussions.
  • •Build and maintain detailed financial models and run cash flow, liquidity, leverage, and debt service coverage analysis.
  • •Evaluate amendments, waivers, covenant modifications, restructuring requests, and support underwriting for new or incremental financings.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, leveraged finance, credit risk management, asset-based lending (ABL), or portfolio management.
  • •Experience analyzing non-investment grade and leveraged borrowers, including understanding commercial loan structures and credit documentation.
  • •Familiarity with revolvers, term loans, ABL facilities, and covenant packages.
  • •Financial modeling and credit underwriting experience, with formal credit training program preferred.
