Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor inventory data daily using the cycle counting program to maintain accuracy and respond to process failures.
  • •Analyze data to identify opportunities for process and systems improvement and implement changes to improve safety, inventory accuracy, delivery, and/or productivity.
  • •Partner with production leaders and coordinators to ensure parts flow through the process and are available on the lineside; resolve part shortages and inventory discrepancies.
  • •Review area metrics frequently to support leadership with trend identification and prepare/present actionable reports.
  • •Support critical projects by owning key tasks, monitoring progress, and providing data that enables design decisions and on-time completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; OR high school diploma (or equivalency) plus 3+ years of experience in inventory analytics.
  • •1+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • •Proficiency with SQL for operations analysis.
  • •Experience building and using business intelligence tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
  • •Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) for data aggregation and analysis.
