Strata External Claims Adjuster

Manage strata property claims from assessment through resolution, including conducting site inspections, determining causes and extent of damage, coordinating trades and technical specialists, and communicating with owners, strata managers, insurers, and contractors. Produce professional claim reports and documentation while ensuring timely, positive customer outcomes. This is a field-based role where property/strata knowledge, problem-solving, and customer service come together, with training and support provided.
