Solicit residential first mortgages by building referral relationships with realtors, builders, and developers. •Handle branch referrals and provide appropriate follow-up.

•Take borrower applications, analyze financial data for creditworthiness, and make credit decisions.
•Collect documentation and deliver the loan package to the processor, while maintaining compliance and attending required lending meetings.

Key Requirements

•Equivalent of a four-year college degree plus 4 years related experience and/or training.
•Ability to read, analyze, and understand business/professional articles and speak effectively before groups.
•Ability to analyze financial data and determine creditworthiness.
•Ability to solve practical problems where standardization is limited and interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram formats.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
