Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas end to end—from identifying opportunities to building conviction, shipping, and driving measurable outcomes.
  • •Measure, iterate, and course-correct to sustain impact against the company’s north star goals.
  • •Work with ML researchers to turn research into product, including new methods, models, and data used by others.
  • •Develop deep understanding of key user groups and how they use Arena to inform product decisions.
  • •Write PRDs/specs/narratives and make high-stakes product decisions under uncertainty while raising the team’s craft.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10+ years of product management experience on consumer, developer, or enterprise products, ideally with 0-to-1 work at an early-stage company.
  • •Demonstrated, attributable impact across multiple projects and roles, with measurable outcomes (revenue, engagement, efficiency) that persisted after you moved on.
  • •Product judgment and autonomous ownership: identify opportunities with evidence, build buy-in, ship, and see the bet through.
  • •Clear, persuasive communication and the ability to align engineering, research, design, and leadership while creating clarity for others.
  • •Technical depth to work directly with engineers and researchers, with genuine conviction about AI evaluation and Arena’s mission.
