Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Capital Markets team in managing debt financing transactions (ABS securitization, whole loan sales, and receivable warehouse facilities).
  • •Coordinate with external parties involved in deal processes, including underwriters, lenders, rating agencies, accountants, and external counsel.
  • •Prepare and update investor presentations ahead of industry conferences and investor interactions.
  • •Oversee and facilitate due diligence requests for lenders and whole loan counterparties.
  • •Develop and maintain models for warehouse pledging/borrowing bases and liquidity, funding, and capital markets needs.
