Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate meat cutting/packaging and stuffing machines and other equipment to process meat products.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line while supporting coworkers.
  • •Ensure products meet safety and quality standards and help meet daily production expectations.
  • •Work scheduled shifts and be available for overtime as production demands require.
  • •Support a positive work environment and follow all safety and sanitation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Be willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement and good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Stand on concrete/platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and work in wet/humid, cold (approximately 20–40 degrees) and/or warm (over 100 degrees) environments.
  • •Be willing and able to work safely with required PPE and sanitation/cleaning chemicals, and work around animal blood/carcass parts (and use a knife if trained).
