Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, using cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Drive omnichannel selling with mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; meet personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including transactions, inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking shelves, replenishment), visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor/stockroom.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
