Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee the structural design and delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects.
•Provide strategic input into project planning, resourcing, and risk management.
•Deliver structural solutions for substations, transmission and distribution facilities, OHL structures, and power stations.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
•Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional body.
•Significant experience in structural engineering design and project leadership.
•Ideally experience in substations, transmission and distribution infrastructure, overhead line projects, or power stations.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
•Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
