•Organizational Transformation: Lead organizational change efforts, including defining mission and vision, ideating future-state strategies, and driving change training initiatives.
•Process Optimization and Improvements: Perform detailed process analyses, identify gaps, and execute improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
•Data and Technology Alignment: Map data lineages, perform maturity assessments, and ensure that business processes align with technical solutions and data governance best practices.
•Program Management: Oversee the delivery of strategic portfolios, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure end-to-end execution of roadmaps.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and operational teams, ensuring successful project alignment and delivery.
