Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic partner to Games and VFX studio leadership, aligning technology support roadmaps to long-term studio goals.
•Define and execute a technology operations strategy using automation and proactive support models to improve production efficiency.
•Oversee daily operations of the TSOS team, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting automation, and using real-time analytics to improve support.
•Implement technical support best practices, including issue resolution and incident management, to minimize disruption to studios.
•Manage technical integration for Netflix-owned and third-party Games and VFX tools and provide escalation, reporting, root-cause analysis, and training for teams and partners.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience managing technical operations or technology support in Games, VFX, animation, or similar production environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
•Deep understanding of Games and/or VFX pipelines, real-time rendering, and DCC and engine tools (e.g., Maya, Nuke, Unreal Engine, Unity).
•Strong knowledge of studio network architecture, high-performance storage solutions, and cloud-based Games and/or VFX production environments.
•Hands-on experience with Games/VFX tools, pipelines, automation, and related systems.
•Proficiency with remote and virtualized workstation technologies (Teradici, Parsec, Citrix, VDI) and ITSM tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Zendesk.
