Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically manage customer Salesforce adoption and ensure value realization through the Signature Success Plan offerings.
  • •Design and manage the customer journey lifecycle connecting Salesforce solutions to tangible business value by understanding customer business processes and technology roadmaps.
  • •Lead Agentic Enterprise initiative application by defining and driving utilization and operational aspects of Agentic Enterprise with 'Humans with AI Agent' on the Salesforce Platform.
  • •Partner with IT and/or business C-level leadership as a trusted technical advisor to influence platform operations and utilization strategy.
  • •Conduct technical health checks, monitor Customer Success Score and adoption/consumption metrics, identify technical/operational risks, and recommend additional products and services.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in enterprise SaaS, CRM, or cloud computing focused on technical account management, operational consulting, platform optimization, or IT/digital transformation delivery.
  • •Ability to present best practices for operational stability, technical health checks, governance, and change management to business and IT leaders.
  • •Hands-on understanding of Salesforce products and platform features, especially Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, or Industries, including operational integration and data modeling concepts.
  • •Practical understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation concepts behind the Agentic Enterprise and how to operate them within Salesforce.
  • •Fluent business communication in Korean and business-level English for reading/writing and listening.
